JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mahnar P.S. Case No. 272/18, disclosing offences under Sections 366 and 367 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken the daughter of informant aged about 18 years on motorcycle and since then, she is traceless.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that victim girl had love affair with another co-accused and she is residing with him and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the girl is still traceless. Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not
