The petitioner seeks bail in Naurangiya P. S. Case No. 40/18 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code In the written report, it is alleged that daughter in-law of the informant has been enticed by this petitioner and his other family members and they have kidnapped her daughter-in-law. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that instant case has been filed by informant only to save her skin from a case lodged under Section 304B of the I.P.C. by the mother of victim against the informant and her other family members for committing her murder for non fulfillment of demand of dowry vide Naurangiya P.S. case no. 57 of 2018. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70318 of 2018(4) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 has been annexed as Annexure-2 to bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 10.7.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Naurangiya P. S. Case No. 40/18 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
