The petitioner is in custody in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 590 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 392/120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and latter on Section 411 of I.P.C. is added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was among the persons who looted the bag containing Rs. 57575/-. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 8.9.2018 and investigation of the case is now complete, let the petitioner above named, is
