JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 It has come at the instance of the petitioner that in order dated 17.1.2020 in first paragraph and in the last paragraph, year of the P.S.case number has wrongly been typed as '2013' in place of '2019'.

Perused the record and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be correct.' In such view of the matter, in the first paragaph and the last paragraph of the order dated 17.1.2020 let the words 'Rajauli P.S.case No.282 of 2013' be read as 'Rajauli P.S.Case No.282 of 2019" and remaining parts of the order shall remain intact.

Further three weeks time from the date of receipt of the order is allowed to surrender.

Let a copy of the order be immediately sent to the court concerned.
