2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 35911 of 2023 for further extension of period of surrender. By the said order, further four months time was extended for surrender. Here, it is relevant to mention that vide order dated 06.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 72514 of 2022, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions.
3. In view of reasons assigned in paragraph - 2 & 3 of the petition, further six weeks time from today is granted to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82793 of 2023(2) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) in the office of District Legal Services Authority, Patna and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.
4. The modification petition is allowed, subject to condition that petitioner shall abide by all the terms & conditions, as mentioned in order dated 06.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 72514 of 2022.
