JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 308, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and apply for regular bail, however submits that the same be directed to be disposed off on the very same day.

Accordingly, the present petition stands

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3597 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 disposed off as not pressed, however with a direction that in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020, within a period of four weeks from today, and files a regular bail petition, the same shall be heard and disposed off on the very same day.

It is needless to state that for a period of four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
