2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegation made in the F.I.R. are that the petitioners engaged in the open gun firing with another group of people of same village in the money related dispute.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77951 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 are falsely been been implicated in the present case. Petitioner have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that no person was injured. The Police registered F.I.R. against another coaccused person. Similarly situated co-accused namely Ashok Kumar Singh @ Ashok Chaudhary, Sandeep Kumar, Satish Kumar and Sunny Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66917 of 2023.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Ranjeet/- U T
