2. By filing this application, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.22 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. This Court has been informed that in the trial court the final arguments have already taken place and the case is awaiting the judgment.

4. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application, however, the learned trial court is expected to deliver the judgment as soon as
