The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.129 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 395, 412, 120(B) and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74380 of 2022(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
