JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 21-11-2019 Present petitioner has been preferred for the following relief/s as stipulated in paragraph-1 of the petition: "That this is the writ petition in Public Interest filed by the petitioner seeking inter alia a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to the respondent authorities to notify and establish Gram Nyayalayas as statutorily provided for under the Gram Nyayalayas Act, 2008 (hereinafter the 'Act') under the monitoring of this Hon'ble Court." Considering the nature of grievance raised in the petition, we are of the considered view that it would be

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of reserving the liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the appropriate authority within a period of four weeks. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated, the authorities are directed to consider the same and dispose it of expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
