JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Circle Officer, Kursela, Katihar to enforce his own order dated 05.01.2019, whereby and whereunder police force and Magistrate has been requisitioned for removing the encroachment in question, made over the public land. Having regard to the nature of grievance of the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Katihar for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
