No. 15532 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of want of prosecution. For the reasons mentioned in the present petition as also upon considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid Cr. Misc. No. 15532 of 2019 to its original file, subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- by the petitioner before the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. The present restoration petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
