JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2018 In a case inter alia under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code if the prosecution case was closed without examining the informant and some other witnesses and a petition was filed under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on behalf of the prosecution at a subsequent stage and the same has been allowed by the trial court in order to arrive at a just decision of the case, I see no illegality in the order impugned.
