The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K.Hat P.S. Case No.238 of 2022 registered under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Earlier U.D. Case No.03 of 2022 was lodged by the wife of the deceased vide Annexure 2, but later on, the present case has been filed by the uncle of the deceased implicating the wife of the deceased and others.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.729 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K.Hat P.S.
