It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently, in the last paragraph of the order dated 01.12.2022, the Police Station case number has wrongly been typed as Madhuban P.S. Case No. 399 of 2020 instead of Patahi P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8060 of 2023(2) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 to make correction in the prayer portion of the main petition.

In view of the above, let the Police Station Case number be read as Patahi P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021 instead of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 399 of 2020. The period of surrender is also extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 01.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38529 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
