The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.196 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 279,337, 338 & 304 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The deceased died in an accident caused by the petitioner and his friend. The petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
