JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to make payment of the outstanding arrears of salary due to the petitioner with effect from 21.12.2019 till date.

The learned counsel for the respondentState has, at the outset, produced a letter dated 27.11.2023, written by the General Manager, Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.2041 of 2023(4) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 State Electronics Development Corporation Limited to the District Officer, Saran (Chapra), regarding payment of a sum of Rs. 17,48,001.00 to the petitioner on the head of outstanding arrears of salary. The learned counsel for the respondentState has further submitted that after making statutory deductions on the head of E.P.F./G.S.T. etc. totalling to a sum of Rs. 4,70,035.00, a sum of Rs. 12,77,966.00 has already been transferred in the account of the petitioner on 27.11.2023, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid factual aspect of the matter, hence submits that the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
