2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.223 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present application on the ground that a Criminal Writ Application had been filed on behalf of the petitioner bearing Cr.WJC No.1270 of 2024 wherein vide order dated 22.04.2025, while issuing notice to the respondent, the further proceedings in Motihari Town P.S. Case No.223 of 2024
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77276 of 2024(6) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 has been directed to remain stayed.
4. The permission is granted to withdraw the present application with liberty to the petitioner to move afresh for grant of anticipatory bail as and when the apprehension of arrest would arise in view of either vacation of the present stay or upon dismissal of the Criminal Writ Application.
