Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
As per prosecution case, on inspection 211 bags of fertilizer and seeds were found in the godown of the house of co-accused Dhananjay Sharma.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. He submits that petitioner is a farmer and for the purpose of cultivation he had stored the fertilizer in the rented house of the co-accused and petitioner was not black marketing the alleged fertilizer and seeds. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.74978 of 2022(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Beldour P.
