No. 40427 of 2024, after concealing his criminal antecedent but as per condition mentioned in paragraph no. 6 of that order, the learned court below was directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, before acceptance of his bail bond. The bail bond of the petitioner could not be accepted as there were eight cases against him.

2. The act of the petitioner is not bona fide. The petitioner, with intent to obtain the bail order, concealed his criminal antecedent.
