JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 448, 323, 307, 337 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. petitioners no.1 and 2 have assaulted the informant by bricks and stones and she has tied to strangulate her and against petitioner no.4 of pressing her mouth, causing serious injury to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that both the parties are agnates. There is land dispute

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69209 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 between the parties. They have no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
