Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to GP-26.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the Circle Officer to get the land of the petitioners measured by government Circle Amin pertaining to Khata No. 426, Khesra No. 432, 433, area 2 khatta and 1 dhur, Thana No. 124 at Mauza Sona Gopalpur.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had filed an application before the Circle Officer, Sampatchak, Patna on 23-7-2021 for getting their land measured

Patna High Court CWJC No.17944 of 2024(2) dt.28-11-2024 2/2 by government Circle Amin, but then the land of the petitioners till date has not been measured.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that from perusal of the pleadings made in the writ application, it would manifest that though application dated 23-72021 has been submitted before the Circle Officer by the petitioners for getting the land measured but then they have not deposited the requisite fee, on which learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that requisite fee would be deposited.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh application before the Circle Officer, Sampatchak with requisite government fee for getting their land measured on or before 13-12-2024, if any application is filed on behalf of the petitioners for getting their land measured on or before 13-122024, the Circle Officer, Sampatchak shall get the land measured, if no legal impediment comes in the way within a period of two months thereafter.
