2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No.41 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other co-accused persons have caused firearm injury upon the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2024. He further submits that similarly situated co-

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No.41 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai.
