Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1153 of 2002 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence. He has been implicated in this case merely because he is relative of Tarak Sharma. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties and police has submitted final form in the case. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
