The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail Chapra P.S. Case No.146 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the nature of offence, allegation that 33.50 litres of illicit beer was recovered from the bogie of train, defence of innocence pleaded by the petitioner and the period undergone by him in custody as an under-trial prisoner, the prayer is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-2-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran
