2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 455 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 317(5), 336(3) and 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was apprehended by the police with a stolen motorcycle, whose chassis number and engine number were tampered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74230 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 has four criminal antecedents. He belongs to Kodha and appears to be a member of Kodha Gang.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
