The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sultanganj P. S. Case No. 109 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Gaurav Kumar Tanti having identical allegation to that of the petitioner has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.72301 of 2019.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State does not controvert the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.

No.66978 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Considering the submission made above and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstance co-accused has already been granted pre-arrest bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Bhagalpur in Sultanganj P.
