The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he got appointment as Class IV employee in the office of District Cooperative Officer, Nawada on the basis of forged experience certificate.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has not given any false information regarding experience certificate and without proper verification and inquiry, the experience certificate of petitioner has been declared forged. Moreover, the appointment of petitioner has already been cancelled, vide Annexure 6 to the petition and said order is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74398 of 2022(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 under sub-judice before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 9634 of 2022. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that petitioner has already been terminated from the service and has got clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S.
