2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.114 of 2021 dated 03.02.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 & 201/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Araria
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
