The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 496 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in assaulting the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.06.2019. He further submits that co-accused has been granted by this Court vide order dated 27.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33836 of 2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and other co-accused has been granted by this Court, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be
