JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-10-2019 After the matter was heard, we find the petition to be sketchy enough and that too even with regard to a marriage which is said to have been consummated five years hence. The petitioner alleges unlawful detention at the hands of the parents of the Respondent No. 4.

WJC No.1467 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 In order to appreciate such a controversy, evidence with regard to the marriage and subsequent living together evidence or such other material that may be necessary to substantiate the claim of the petitioner is wanting. In the circumstances and in the absence of pleadings and material on record, we find that the petition cannot be entertained in the manner in which it has been presented. We, therefore, permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and to approach the appropriate forum with better particulars for the redressal of grievances relating to the custody of the Respondent No. 4. The petition, therefore, stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
