The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Excise Case No.441 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution report,1093.68 ltrs. of liquor has been recovered form the house of one Surendra Yadav. Petitioner happens to be nephew of Surendra Yadav and they succeeded in fleeing away from the place of occurrence. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion and nothing has been recovered form his house. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
