This application has been filed for cancellation of prearrest bail granted to opposite party no. 2 on 16.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3011 of 2017 by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite party no. 2, husband of the petitioner, had filed Criminal Misc. No. 3011 of 2017 for pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1284 of 2015, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate ist Class, Gaya, which was allowed in terms of agreement entered in between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 before the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, on the ground that both are residing happily
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18600 of 2018(3) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 together, but the opposite party no. 2, husband of the petitioner, left the petitioner.
From perusal of the application, I find no justifiable ground to cancel the bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 and, accordingly, this application stands rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
