JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 The petitioner has questioned selection of respondent No.4 as Anganbari Sevika. It is her claim that as per the guidelines issued for selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahayika by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, the petitioner has more merit points to her credit than respondent No.7.

It transpires that the petitioner had approached the District Programme Officer raising a grievance to the aforesaid effect, which, according to her, is pending.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21863 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with observation that let the petitioner's application, filed before the District Programme Officer, if pending, be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
