The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No.434/2017, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T. Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others are indulged in cheating the innocent people in the name of providing job in the post office.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that general and omnibus allegation is made against all the accused persons but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is only alleged to have taken co-accused Mithun

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18327 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 Kumar. The similarly situated other accused persons namely Mithun Kumar and others have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15262 of 2018. Coaccused Lav Kush Kumar, Sanjay Mahto and Jitendra Kumar have also been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12352 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No.434/2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
