The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ariyari (Mahuli) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner and two others is that they had come with fire arms and fired upon the deceased in conspiracy with three other persons.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely dragged in this case due to being the brother-in-law of accused Pampal Yadav. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between

It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the land dispute between Ramashish Yadav and Pampal Yadav. Learned senior counsel further submits that the postmortem report mentions only one fire arm injury and three persons including the petitioner have been alleged to have fired upon the deceased. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is allegation against three persons, who have fired upon the deceased.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari (Mahuli) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014.
