JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2023 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10011/2021. By the aforesaid order, the petitioners were directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the order.

However, for the reasons which have been explained in the modification application, the petitioners could not surrender within the period mentioned in the order dated 21.02.2022.

The order dated 21.02.2022 is modified to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14752 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 extent that in case the petitioners surrender before the court below within a further period of four weeks from today, they will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 21.02.2022, with the same terms and conditions. The order dated 21.02.2022 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed.
