2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 402 of 2024, for the offence punishable under sections 26, 35, 25(1-B) (a) of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of this petitioner one country made pistol and one magazine containing four live cartridges were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is having four criminal antecedents, charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78619 of 2024(4) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner are directed to be released on bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 402 of 2024, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai.
