The petitioner seeks bail in Nadi P.S. Case No.232 of 2019 (Special Case No.8324 of 2019), registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The petitioner was apprehended with carrying a jerrycan containing 15 litres of country made liquor for that the petitioner is in jail since 16.09.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.232 of 2019 (Special Case No.8324 of 2019).
