Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 356 of 2019 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code to which section 302 I.P.C. was added later on and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Narain Singh. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2019.
