"For the appointment of an independent/impartial Arbitrator for the settlement of the disputes between both the parties pertaining to the Agreement No. 96SBD of 2013-14."

This Court finds the averments made in the petition to be vague and unspecific not only with regard to the arbitral clause, but also with regard to the nature of dispute arisen inter se the parties.

As such, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is permitted to be withdrawn to file a fresh petition with better particulars on the same and

Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.112 of 2019(7) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 subsequent cause of action.

Needless to add that the period spent in pursuing the present petition shall be counted for the purpose of limitation.
