2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs or order/orders in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the notification contained in Letter no.M/ Yojana-8/ 2016-3326/ Patna-15 dated 08.10.2022 issued under the Signature of Secretary Animal Husbandry & Fisheries

Patna High Court CWJC No.18728 of 2025(3) dt.20-07-2026 2/3 Resources Department, Bihar, Patna by which Bihar State Reservoirs policy 2022 has been notified for overall development of reservoir Fisheries through Scientific management and settlement of reservoirs would be done with private persons through open bid by the said respondent Dept. which is against the provision of Bihar Fish Jalkar Management Act 2002 enacted by the Govt. of Bihar and further in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to settle the reservoir (Jalashaya) in favour the petitioner federation or concerned Block Level Fisheries Co-operative Societies registered under the Bihar Co-operative Society Act 1935 according to the provision of Bihar Jalkar Management Act-2006 which is time to time amended and further for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of this writ application."
