2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 717 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in compliance of order dated 11.08.2025, the petitioner went to the paternal house of opposite party no. 2. Thereafter, she returned to her matrimonial house with her husband and the couple are residing in cordial atmosphere.

4. Learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 has submitted that the husband and wife both are residing in cordial atmosphere.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 717 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
