The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 325, 307, 379, 348 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that these petitioners and other accused persons assaulted the informant and his son with Pistol, Garansi, Pasuli, iron rod etc. causing serious injuries to them. Case diary has been received.

Learned A.P.P. has submitted that both the injured have sustained grievous injuries on their person. The informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8829 of 2018 (8) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 sustained four injuries out of which injury No. 1 and 2 have been found grievous in nature caused by hard and sharp object. The injured Rajesh Yadav (son of the informant) sustained three injuries on his person out of which Injury No. 1 and 2 were grievous in nature. Injured Umesh Yadav also received four injuries on his person in which injury Nos. 1 and 2 were grievous caused by sharp cutting object. All the three injured sustained injuries on vital part of their body.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners stands rejected.

Petitioners may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular.
