2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 420, 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of establishing physical relationship with the informant/victim several times on the pretext of solemnization of marriage. The petitioner also took money from the victim. When the petitioner denied from marriage thereafter, the present case was lodged.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has transferred the money which are alleged to be taken from the informant in the account of victim/informant, her

From perusal of prosecution case, it seems there is consensual relation between the victim and the petitioner. The victim is also major, aged about 24 years. The entire prosecution is false and fabricated. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 29.3.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 6 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Siwan. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Amandeep/- U T
