2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40778 of 2024.

3. A perusal of the order in question would show that the same was passed on 10.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 40778 of 2024 and the petitioner was to approach this Court within four weeks.
