2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498A, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. By order dated 29.03.2023, this matter was referred to the Mediation Center, Patna High Court to resolve the dispute between the parties. The learned Mediator has submitted its report stating that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and terms of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74870 of 2022(3) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 settlement mutually agreed upon by them has been attached with the report.

4. As the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the process of mediation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S.
