2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)A, 26(1)(2) of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found to be running an Arms factory. He is in jail since 11.04.2023.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner has been running Arms Factory, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is suffering from some ailment and, therefore, the Magistrate is directed to call for a report from the Jail doctor

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79530 of 2023(4) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 and if he finds that the petitioner is suffering from life threatening ailment, the Magistrate will direct the petitioner to be treated in I.G.I.M.S. or AIIMS Patna in police custody.

6. This application stands dismissed with the aforesaid direction.
