JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Indal Rajbanshi and others. The aforesaid Indal Rajbanshi and some other accused have already been granted privilege of bail as averred in paragraph 13 of the petition. Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.7.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
