The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karaghar (Badahari O.P.) P.S.Case no.04 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case to put pressure on the petitioner to marry with the daughter of the informant. Heard learned A.P.P., who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has also named the petitioner.
